SUMMER is the time for shakes!
Unique taste combinations are often my goal. So when I experiment in the kitchen, my first question is always, "what do I have handy?" With some blueberries from the freezer and some Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Lemon Pudding mix from the pantry, we will soon have a yummy shake!

Ingredients:
- 1 Vanilla Meal Replacement
- 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free and Fat-Free Lemon Pudding (dry mix)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup water (you may need to adjust this based on the size of your blender cup)
Instructions:
- Pour water, crushed ice and blueberries into a blender (I use the Bella Rocket Blender - it is a single serving blender)
- NOTE: If you're using fresh blueberries, then toss them in the freezer first. Frozen berries reduce the amount of ice needed, resulting in a richer shake.
- Pour in meal replacement and pudding
- Blend until desired consistency. I have found that the longer you blend, the thicker and creamier the shake.
