Asparagus Spear Wraps!
While they were in the oven I began setting the table. One of my regular tricks when having a meal is to use a salad plate. By using a small plate, the servings of food appear larger. Sure, it's an optical illusion; but, the meal always seems more satisfying when a plate is full. Asparagus, however, is long. This will require the use of a regular dinner plate. My dinner plates are LARGE! It may seem silly, but I added a couple of orange slices and some pansies to help "fill-up" the plate. And no, I don't do this all the time. Although I do try to have one of my meals each day (or at least every two days) be a sit down "meal." Making a meal tasty and attractive is something that I do because I'm worth it. While you're preparing your next meal...remember, YOU are worth it too!

Ingredients:
1 Potato Soup Meal Replacement1 tablespoon Jiffy Pizza Mix
1/2 teaspoon basil
2-3 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions:
- Mix potato soup meal replacement and Jiffy Pizza Crust mix.
- Add hot water a little at a time, stirring in between to make certain that the dough does not get too wet (you may need a little less or a little more water – just add it slowly). The dough needs to be moist, but firm.
- Cover dough and let set for 5 minutes – this allows the yeast in the mix to activate.
- Sprinkle flour onto a cutting board or other smooth surface. Knead the dough a few times in the flour. The gluten in the flour helps the dough to become more elastic.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll into ropes.
- Twist the ropes around the asparagus and place on a baking pan that has been sprayed with Olive Oil cooking spray.
- Spray Olive Oil cooking spray over the asparagus and dough.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over asparagus spears
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes - watching so that it does not burn.
