Every time I visit my blog, I am intrigued by the recipes that are included in the list of “This Week’s Popular Posts” and “All-Time Favorite Posts.” I am even more intrigued by the recipes that are not listed. Believe it or not, the majority of my favorites aren't even on those lists. Except of course, Pizza Margherita, which is everyone’s favorite!

So, out of the forty recipes using Health One Meal Replacement that I have created and shared over the past few months, I would like to highlight my “Top 5 Favorites.” If you haven’t tried them – set aside some time this weekend to treat yourself.

#1 – Chocolate Macaroons

Chocolate Macaroons are my absolute favorite and a daily staple. Every weekend I make enough to last me for the week. They are my mid-morning snack at work. Super easy - super yummy. Just bake and toss in the fridge till you're ready to pack your lunch!

#2 – Strawberry Pie 

Okay, confession time...I've went a bit crazy with Strawberry Pie this year. Most of my strawberries have went towards making this amazing treat! If you haven't tried it - make it at least once before the fresh strawberries are gone.

#3 – Greek Spanakopita 

Truth be told, many folks have never heard of Greek Spanakopita. Don't let the name put you off. Step out of your comfort zone and try this savory recipe. It does take a bit of work; but, oh so worth it. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the mixture of flavors and textures. 

#4 – Carrot Custard 

My Carrot Custard is a hidden gem. Somehow I think folks missed it. This wonderful recipe was created from necessity...too many cute little carrots. Well, if you like custard - you will enjoy this. It is so smooth and yummy.

 #5 – Tamale Pie 

Last, but not least...Tamale Pie! This is a great recipe! Tasty, filling and really very easy.
